The short answer
Pit Stop Roadside Services brings a tire to Dallas drivers who have no usable spare and installs it where the car sits. Call (214) 367-5302, day or night: say where you are and read off the size on the flat. You hear whether that size is available and the full price before anyone heads out. Common sizes ride on the truck, typically 30–45 minutes in Dallas; for another size, the dispatcher confirms the arrival time once a tire is found.

What's included in tire delivery
Tire delivery works for any light-duty vehicle we serve, from sedans and SUVs to pickups, vans, work trucks and fleet vehicles, as long as a tire in its size is available.
- A tire in your vehicle's size brought to where the car is stuck, new or used depending on what's available in that size
- The flat taken off and the delivered tire mounted on your wheel, so you leave on a regular tire instead of waiting for a spare you don't have
- Help whether the car came with no spare, the spare is flat or damaged, or it's already on the car from an earlier flat
- Air set to the pressure on your door label once the wheel is back on
- A locking lug nut removed if the wheel lock key is missing, as long as you mention it on the call
- An itemized receipt to send to your auto insurer if your policy reimburses roadside service
When tire delivery is the call to make
- Your car has no spare at all, only a sealant and inflator kit or nothing in the trunk
- The spare is flat, cracked or worn out after years in the trunk without a pressure check
- You're already on the spare from an earlier flat and now another tire is down
- Two tires went flat at once, and one spare can't cover both
- A cut or bulge on the sidewall rules out a repair, and there's no spare to fall back on
When it's not a roadside fix
A delivered tire won't fix a bent or cracked rim or damaged studs or hub: if you describe that, the dispatcher tells you before anyone drives out. You also hear on the call if no tire in your size can be brought out.
No spare means a longer stop
With no spare, the car stays put until the tire arrives, so make the wait a safe one. Turn your hazards on. On a fast road like I-20, stay in the car with your seat belt on. If you have to get out, use the side away from traffic and wait beyond the guardrail if there is one. If you're hurt or stopped in a live lane, call 911 first.
How tire delivery works
-
Say there's no usable spare
Call (214) 367-5302 and tell the dispatcher the spare is missing, flat or already in use, which tire is down and where the car is. A cross street, an exit number or the name of the parking lot is enough.
-
Give the tire size
Read the size off the flat's sidewall, or off the tire label on the driver's door frame. The dispatcher looks for a tire to match, tells you whether it's new or used, and quotes one total with an ETA for your spot.
-
The tire comes to the car
Whether you're in a parking lot near Dallas Love Field or a driveway in Oak Cliff, the technician brings the tire, takes the flat off and mounts the replacement on your wheel right there.
-
Back on a regular tire
The tire is aired to the pressure on your door label and the wheel goes back on. You already paid on the call, and you get an itemized receipt. If a spare is still on another wheel from an earlier flat, ask about replacing that tire on the same call.
How much does tire delivery cost in Dallas?
The dispatcher gives you one total on the phone, and that's what you pay for the job you described. You pay Pit Stop Roadside Services LLC on the call once you've heard the price and the arrival time and said yes, before a technician is sent.
If plans change: refunds and fees
- Before you payYou hear one total and the arrival time. Say no and it costs nothing.
- Within 5 minutes of payingCancel for a full refund.
- Until the technician arrivesAfter that, you can still cancel and pay only the $35 to $75 service fee. The rest is refunded.
- At the carDone as described, the quote is all you pay. Can't be finished for a reason outside our control? The service fee replaces the price and the rest is refunded.
If we can't get a technician to you, or can't finish because of something on our side, you get a full refund. The dispatcher tells you the exact fee for your job before you pay.
If the job changes, can't be finished or isn't safe, and used tires
- If the job changes
- If the job is different from what you described, you hear the new price before any extra work. Say no, and we finish what was quoted if we can; if we can't, the service fee applies and the rest is refunded.
- If it can't be finished
- If the reason is outside our control (the car needs a mechanic, the details given weren't right, or nobody is at the vehicle), a $35 to $75 service fee replaces the price and the rest is refunded. The dispatcher tells you the exact fee for your job before you pay.
- If the spot isn't safe
- If the spot you describe isn't one we can work in safely, the dispatcher tells you before you pay. If the technician finds at the car that it can't be done safely, for example in a live traffic lane, and the car can't be moved somewhere safer, the job can't be finished for a reason outside our control: the $35 to $75 service fee applies and the rest is refunded.
- Used tires
- Used tires are sold as-is unless the dispatcher states a warranty on the call. If the used tire doesn't match what the dispatcher described on the call (size, tread depth or age), that's on us: we find another tire, with a new arrival time, or you get a full refund. If it matches and you change your mind before it's mounted, only the service fee applies.
We match written quotes
Have a lower written quote for the same service and vehicle from another roadside company serving your location? Tell the dispatcher before a technician is sent, send a copy the way the dispatcher asks, and we match it. Memberships, insurance benefits and free public programs don't count.
No membership
Pay per call. No yearly dues and no sign-up.
An itemized receipt
If your auto policy includes roadside coverage, you can send the itemized receipt to your insurer; whether it pays is up to your policy.
Pay your way
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal.
What the price depends on
- Your tire size, and whether the tire brought out is new or used
- How many tires need replacing, such as two flats at once
- How far the technician drives to reach the car
- The type of vehicle, since a work van or loaded pickup takes a bigger tire than a compact car
- A late-night call far from our Dallas base, which can cost more
Tire delivery: questions people ask
What if my car didn't come with a spare tire?
You don't need one for this service. Pit Stop delivers a tire in your vehicle's size and mounts it on your wheel at the spot where you're stuck, so a missing spare doesn't end your day. Call (214) 367-5302 with the size printed on the flat, and you hear what's available and the price before a technician leaves.
My spare is flat too. What are my options?
If the spare is sound and just low, Pit Stop can bring air, fill it and put it on. If it's damaged, too old to trust or you'd rather not drive on it, a tire can be delivered and installed instead. NHTSA recommends checking the pressure of all tires, including the spare, at least once a month.
Is the tire you deliver new or used?
It depends on what's available in your size. Pit Stop offers both new and used tires, and the dispatcher tells you which one can be brought out and the full price before a technician heads your way. No brand or specific stock is promised ahead of time, and the size is confirmed on the call.
How much does tire delivery and installation cost in Dallas?
You get one total on the phone that covers the tire and the installation, and that's what you pay for the job you described. It depends on the size, new or used, the number of flats and the distance. Have a lower written quote for the same service and vehicle from another roadside company serving your location? Tell the dispatcher before a technician is sent, send a copy the way the dispatcher asks, and Pit Stop matches it.
Can you bring two tires if more than one is flat?
Yes, if your size is available. Read the size off each damaged tire for the dispatcher, since USTMA says replacement tires should match the size, load index and speed rating your vehicle or tire maker recommends. One quote covers every tire and the installation. If the job is different, you hear the new price before any extra work; say no, and we finish what was quoted if we can, or the service fee applies and the rest is refunded.
Can you bring a tire if I'm stuck on a Dallas highway?
Yes. Tell the dispatcher the highway, your direction and the nearest exit. If the car still rolls, get off at the next exit or into a parking lot, where the work can happen away from traffic. If you're hurt, in a crash or stopped in a live lane, call 911 first, then call Pit Stop at (214) 367-5302.
While you wait
- Say exactly where it's parked. Give the address, the lot or garage level and the nearest entrance, so the technician drives straight to it.
- Have the keys ready. For a tire job, have the wheel lock key too, if your wheels have locks.
- Leave room to work. If you can, clear some space beside the car where the technician will work.
- Keep your phone free. The dispatcher may call back to confirm the spot. Keep the line open and the phone charged.
