Excellent service on the road within the hour! Flat tire late in a Saturday night in the big City. We were up from South Florida snd pot hole wrecked my new tire. Pit stop had a new tire (a few miles on the tire) and came with a tire shop in his van. Thanks

Questions Dallas drivers ask
How fast can Pit Stop get to me in Dallas?
In Dallas and the core cities around it, a technician typically arrives in 30–45 minutes. The dispatcher gives you an arrival time for your exact spot on the call. In farther cities such as Fort Worth, Frisco and McKinney, the dispatcher confirms the time before anyone drives out.
How much does roadside assistance cost?
It depends on the service, the vehicle and where you are. The Pit Stop dispatcher quotes one total on the phone at (214) 367-5302 before a technician drives out, and that is what you pay for the job you described. Have a lower written quote for the same service and vehicle from another roadside company serving your location? Tell the dispatcher before a technician is sent, send a copy the way the dispatcher asks, and we match it. Memberships, insurance benefits and free public programs don't count.
Do I need a membership to use Pit Stop?
No. Pit Stop Roadside Services has no membership, sign-up or yearly dues. You call when you need help and pay for that one service. If your auto policy includes roadside coverage, you can send Pit Stop's itemized receipt to your insurer; whether it pays is up to your policy.
Does Pit Stop tow cars?
No. Pit Stop does light-duty roadside service only: jump starts, batteries, tires, lockouts, fuel delivery and lug nut removal, done where the car is parked. If what you describe doesn't sound like a roadside fix, the dispatcher tells you before anyone drives out. If the technician only finds it at the car, a $35 to $75 service fee (you hear the exact amount before you pay) replaces the price and the rest is refunded.
What should I have ready when I call?
Three things: where the car is (an address, or the highway and nearest exit), what it's doing (clicking, a flat, keys locked inside, out of gas) and the vehicle's make, model and color. For a tire, the size printed on the sidewall helps. For a battery, the year, make and model.
How can I pay for roadside service?
Pit Stop accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal. You pay on the call once you've heard the price and the arrival time and said yes, before a technician is sent. To pay by card over the phone you must be the cardholder. You get an itemized receipt, which you can send to your insurer if your policy reimburses roadside service.
